Jitendra Vaswani: I started my blogging journey in 2013 and from there, my life has changed a lot. I owe it to my hustling attitude and following the right people in my journey.
I am into various segments of online marketing:
- Blogging
- Email marketing
- Affiliate marketing
- WordPress
- Sponsored Reviews
- Niche Amazon Sites
- SEO
My biggest success was the success of my blog BloggersIdeas.com. I made this blog successful and people liked my work. Also, through this blog I got the opportunity to become the brand ambassador of big international company Payoneer. I was their Indian brand ambassador and this excellent business opportunity made my brand stable in blogging. I got huge branding through Payoneer and I owe them a lot! They have been a great support through my journey.
3. Sorav Jain: Which are the best affiliates you have tied up with so far?
Jitendra Vaswani: I have tied up with lot of best affiliates in the world and I can’t share that here as that data is confidential, but I always believe in building relationships with people and this kind of networking always helps me in my business. I am looking to explore in affiliate marketing & CPA now. SEO is getting tougher with every passing day and so, I need to find other sources of income. CPA looks profitable and I am learning CPA through some sources recommended by my friends. Yes, I will die a blogger. Today, blogging has changed my life and I am living my dreams by traveling around the world. I have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
Living your life on your own terms is a treasure trust me. To live that life, you need to hustle everyday and work your ass off. Don’t look for shortcuts . Never give up on your dreams!
4. Sorav Jain: How much money do you make through your blog every month?
Jitendra Vaswani: This is a crucial question that every curious follower of my blog wants to read.
I really don’t share my income stats with anyone ( I make 5 figures in USD, don’t ask me the exact figure please). Because for me too much money doesn’t matter, what matters to me is having great experiences in life with traveling. I like to travel a lot and explore beauty for world. I am not saying I don’t like money but my goals for 2017 are damn serious. I want to make serious money this year as in 2016 I faced huge losses and now, I want to this year a very profitable one. I am currently working on niche sites and making them more stable.
5. Sorav Jain: What’s your SEO tip to stay on top?
Jitendra Vaswani: SEO is now game changer and Google is playing a lot with the algorithm. I am focusing on great content and having best website design. Because UI plays an important role in your conversions. So, by having a great UI you can increase sales and make more money from your business.
Also, I have list of online marketing experts whom I follow. I learn new things from these amazing marketers:
- Neil Patel
- John Chow
- Patt Flynn
- Stuart Walker
- Zac Johnson
By following the right set of people, you can get so much of great content and strategies. I have seen many of my blogger buddies who follow experts in their niche and are very successful with their career.
6. Sorav Jain: Which are the countries you usually target through your content marketing efforts?
Jitendra Vaswani: I am targeting US, UK, Singapore and some other Asian countries for content marketing, I am trying to write guest posts on some big sites to get exposed into the international market. I am doing interviews with international people to get my brand reach in foreign countries. I want to settle my business in a foreign country now and I am attending a lot of international events for now.
7. Sorav Jain: Do you offer any training programs? If yes, on what topic?
Jitendra Vaswani: Currently, I don’t offer any training program, but I do offer consulting services to people who need my guidance in digital marketing. So, I would love to help those who need my services and want to increase their sales for their business, my services are very premium and I don’t work for many people, I am very selective in working with people because I believe that working with a positive mindset is always better. Some people come to me and ask for shortcuts for making money for their business. They don’t understand the real business structure and have false hopes for their businesses.
8. Sorav Jain: What are those 5 key blogging tips that you would like to share with my bloggers?
Jitendra Vaswani: I am a full time blogger, I keep blogging all time, I have multiple sources of income like:
- Sponsored reviews
- Affiliate marketing
- SEO consultation
- Niche sites
Whenever you are running a business never depend on single source of income, I have multiple blogs from where I earn and they are private and so, I can’t share them here.
Blogging is getting tougher day-by-day as Google is getting very strict with link building, they are constantly penalizing PBN and lot of other marketers who spam a lot.
I have seen some of my friends get badly penalized by Google and they are now suffering with financial issues. They didn’t have multiple sources of income.
Key tips here would be :
- Never depend on a single source of income.
- Never do business with your best friends.
- Follow the new trends & be updated.
- Keep trying new things every day.
- Always surround yourself with positive people to grow better in life.
9. Sorav Jain: Are you into vlogging? What has been your experience so far?
Jitendra Vaswani: Vlogging, yes, I love that! Sometimes, I do FB live and share my travel videos on my Youtube channel. I like to share about where I am travelling so people can see my beautiful journey and get inspired by my life.
Vlogging is fun and also I do video interviews. I have tons of video interviews of experts online on my blog. I think these are the best ways to get attention in this noisy digital world and get noticed in the crow
10. Sorav Jain: What plugins do you use for your blog ?
Jitendra Vaswani: I use a lot of plugins on my blog and I would mention some of my favorite plugins here:
- SEO Yoast
- Akismet
- EasyAzon
- EasyAzon Tables
- EWWW Image Optimizer
- Growmap Anti-Spambot Plugin
- iThemes Security
- Jetpack by WordPress.com
- ManageWP – Worker
- Themify Builder
- Varnish HTTP Purge
- WP Shortcode by MyThemeShop
- W3 Total Cache
- VaultPress
Without these plugins my blog would crash and I am in love with these plugins. Having good plugins on your wordpress blogs always help you to manage tasks effectively. Never use nulled plugins on your blog, I had used Nulled plugins when I was newbie and very soon my blog got hacked. So, never ever use null. Buy genuine plugins.
I hope my answers have been precise and have given you a fair idea of who I am, what my work is and how I go about it. You can stay connected with me through my Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn profiles.
Thanks Sorav…Good Initiative…
