Social Media has been the talk of the town ever since its inception in the Indian ecosystem. I have been observing a lot of behavioral shift that has never been witnessed before. Massive shifts like non-gadget freaks becoming gadget freaks, non-techie people slowly adapting digital and becoming tech savvy, mothers giving mobile phone to kids instead of toys to while their time away, people starting and ending their day with Social Media and there is lot more.

I am unsure if this is just my observation or probably everyone else’s. When I meet psychiatrists, I learn from them how people are now anxious all the time because of Social Media and this survey is to help all of us know and understand how Indians use Social Media and what their preferred channel is or where they spend most of their time.
