Comparing digital marketing institutes in India for a course you plan to take in 2027? Start with the work you want to do afterwards. An aspiring performance marketer needs campaign practice and measurement. A business owner may need help improving a website, writing useful content and bringing in enquiries. A certificate alone will not tell you whether a course teaches either.
This guide compares 15 institutes and education providers, including Digital Scholar, IIDE, Digital Vidya, Kraftshala and regional classroom options. Use the shortlist to compare the delivery format, named programme and practical work before speaking to admissions.
Last fact-checked: 19 September 2026. This is a planning guide for 2027 and beyond. The details below reflect information available on the review date, not confirmed 2027 fees or batch schedules. Follow the official programme links for your intake.
Disclosure: I am Sorav Jain, co-founder of Digital Scholar and founder of echoVME Digital. Digital Scholar appears first because it is the programme I help build and can explain in detail. This is an editorial shortlist, not an independent national ranking or a claim that one institute suits everyone.

How this shortlist was selected
The starting point was a current official page describing an identifiable digital marketing programme. The shortlist includes national online providers and classroom options in different parts of India. I compared their published formats, course structure, practical learning and the information a learner can check before enrolling.
The older version of this article was a large directory first compiled in 2014. This revision removes duplicate and outdated descriptions and entries whose current training offer could not be established from the sources checked. An omission does not mean an institute has closed or provides poor training.
These are desk-researched comparisons, not claims that I have attended every course. The fit notes below are my editorial judgement. Placement percentages, review scores and hiring-company logos have not been used to manufacture a league table.
15 digital marketing institutes and providers to consider
1. Digital Scholar
Consider it if: you want live instruction, group projects and digital marketing taught alongside practical AI workflows.
Digital Scholar’s four-month live online programme uses an agency-style learning model. Students work in competing groups and complete four group projects. The point of this structure is to practise making decisions with other people: agreeing on a brief, dividing responsibilities, presenting work and responding to feedback.
The confirmed online programme fee is ₹69,999 including GST. Weekday and weekend options are available. Chennai and Mumbai classroom programmes have separate course pages, so check the delivery format and terms you are actually booking.
The teaching responsibilities are clearly defined: Rishi Jain teaches AI and Meta Ads; I teach social media; Karthikeyan Maruthai teaches SEO; and Eugene Samuel teaches Google Ads. Ask admissions for the trainer timetable for your batch.
What the digital marketing and AI teaching covers
- SEO and websites: WordPress, search intent, content, internal links, crawling, indexing, structured data, local search and image optimisation.
- Paid advertising: Google Ads and Meta Ads, with campaign objectives, creative testing, audiences and performance analysis.
- Social content: content planning, Instagram reels and carousels, and shooting and editing foundations.
- AI workflows: prompting, context windows, tokens, agentic workflows and AI-assisted image and video creation.
- AI search: AEO and GEO alongside the SEO foundations that help people and search systems understand a page.
When evaluating the AI component, ask to see a complete workflow and its review process. A useful demonstration should show the brief, the information supplied to the tool, the output and the corrections a marketer made before using it.
Certificates and placement assistance
The programme includes six Digital Scholar-issued certificates: AI Expert, Social Media, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Digital Marketing and AI Course Completion. These have attendance, assignment, project and examination requirements. They are separate from credentials issued by Google, Meta or other external examination providers.
Eligible online students receive placement assistance for up to three months after completion. Support includes CV preparation, LinkedIn optimisation, portfolio building, mock interviews, opportunity notifications and interview coordination. Full-time placement support requires a completed undergraduate degree, at least 80% coursework completion and passing four of five papers. Internship degree requirements depend on the employer. Placement assistance is not a job or salary guarantee.
The placement team’s six-month summary ending 17 September 2026 reports 114 full-time annual CTC outcomes, an approximate median of ₹2.6 LPA and a highest value of ₹5.5 LPA. These are team-reported figures, not an online-only result or a placement rate. The programme/campus breakdown and reconciliation with the earlier workbook remain unavailable. Read the placement data and methodology before using the figures to make a decision.
Check before enrolling: hosting, API credits and advertising budgets are student-paid. Confirm any additional software costs, recording access and the written fee terms. Review the programme facts and certificate requirements, then explore the four-month online digital marketing course with AI.
2. IIDE
Consider it if: you want to compare foundation and strategy-focused online certification tracks.
IIDE lists a four-month Advanced Certification in Digital Marketing and a six-month Professional Certification in Digital Marketing & Strategy. Its online course page describes a Generative AI specialisation and a campus immersion experience.
Choose the track before comparing prices. Check the entry requirements, live class schedule, project workload and whether travel or accommodation for an immersion costs extra. The short online certifications should also be compared separately from IIDE’s longer campus programmes.

3. Digital Vidya
Consider it if: you want a live online programme with a broad digital marketing syllabus.
Digital Vidya now describes its flagship offer as the Certified AI Digital Marketing Master, or CADMM. The current intake page lists a six-month live online programme, covering SEO, paid search, social media, email, analytics, AEO and GEO.
The page lists a regular fee of ₹65,000 and a current scholarship fee of ₹45,000. Confirm scholarship eligibility, the tax-inclusive total and your batch’s duration in a written quote. Ask which assignments receive individual feedback and which external certification exams, if any, are included in that quote.

4. Kraftshala
Consider it if: you can commit to a structured programme focused on entering a marketing role.
Kraftshala’s Marketing Launchpad offers a six-month full-time route and a 44-week part-time route. Training includes paid media, SEO, content, social media and analytics. The current page quotes ₹1,64,000 plus 18% GST, which totals ₹1,93,520 before any applicable extras or discounts.
The provider advertises a conditional fee-refund arrangement tied to placement outcomes and explicitly says the programme is not a job guarantee. Read the eligibility, time limit, location conditions and exclusions in the enrolment agreement. Compare its published placement reports with the cohort and role you are considering.

5. NIIT
Consider it if: you prefer a defined, mentor-led online training structure.
NIIT’s current AI Digital Marketing Professional Program is listed as a 300-hour online programme running for approximately 25 weeks. Its curriculum combines websites, SEO, AEO, GEO, analytics, CRM, paid advertising and AI automation, with guided practice and a capstone.
Ask for the current brochure and assessment plan for this exact programme. NIIT has more than one AI and digital marketing offer, so a duration or certificate mentioned on another page may refer to a different course. Verify fees and career-support eligibility for your intake.

6. IIM SKILLS
Consider it if: you want a longer live training period with a listed virtual internship component.
The IIM SKILLS Digital Marketing Master Program lists six months of live training and a two-month virtual internship. The published price is ₹59,900 excluding taxes. Its current curriculum includes SEO, performance marketing, content, AI and GEO.
Ask whether the internship runs alongside or after training, who supervises it and what work you may put in your portfolio. Obtain the written terms behind any job-guarantee or refund wording before relying on it.

7. WsCube Tech
Consider it if: you are comparing a live online course built around practical assignments.
WsCube Tech’s AI-Powered Digital Marketing Course lists a 20-week live online programme, project work and career support. The provider also lists campus programmes in Jaipur and Jodhpur, which need to be checked separately from this online offer.
Request a sample project and the feedback rubric. Clarify the teaching language, weekly timetable and the difference between a short exercise and a complete portfolio project. Confirm the final fee against the selected cohort.

8. Web Marketing Academy
Consider it if: you want a small classroom batch in Bengaluru.
Web Marketing Academy in Indiranagar lists a classroom Certified Digital Marketing Course with website work, SEO, Google Ads, social media and analytics. Its course page describes 100 days of training and batches of eight to ten students.
The quoted base fee is ₹49,000 plus GST. Confirm the total payable and the calendar for your chosen batch. Ask how often you will work directly in advertising and analytics accounts, and how project feedback is provided.

9. Chandigarh Institute of Internet Marketing (CIIM)
Consider it if: you are looking for training in the Chandigarh region or comparing its online batches.
CIIM offers digital marketing and AI training, with practical projects and career-support services described on its website. Its catalogue includes different course levels, so the introductory offer and advanced programme should not be treated as the same purchase.
Get the exact programme name, centre, trainer, duration and full fee in writing. For placement support, ask which coursework requirements apply and whether the roles offered match your preferred city and specialisation.

10. Web Trainings Academy
Consider it if: you want a Hyderabad classroom option or a provider with separate online learning routes.
Web Trainings Academy describes classroom, online and e-learning formats. Its digital marketing syllabus covers SEO, paid search, social media, content and analytics, with practical assignments and AI tools.
Confirm whether you are buying the bootcamp or a longer advanced course. Their published schedules differ. Ask how much trainer-led time is included and whether internship work, tool access and ad budgets are part of the fee.

11. Aviv Digital
Consider it if: you are exploring digital marketing training in Kerala with a defined practical component.
Aviv Digital lists an AI-integrated digital marketing diploma lasting four months: three months of classes and one month of internship. Its six-month advanced diploma adds graphic design and is described as four months of classes plus two months of on-the-job training.
Compare the two routes by the work you want to produce. Ask where practical training happens, who reviews it, whether it is paid and what the attendance requirements are. Confirm your centre, delivery format and fee.
Official source: Aviv Digital programme options.
12. Seven Boats Academy
Consider it if: you want to compare shorter specialisation and longer diploma options in Kolkata or live online.
Seven Boats lists several programme levels, including a 3.5-month Advanced Digital Marketing Specialization Course and a 6.5-month Diploma in Digital Marketing. Its course descriptions separate live instruction, recorded learning and internship components.
That distinction matters when comparing contact hours. Ask for the current weekly timetable, project feedback process and internship terms for the exact course. Do not compare the entry-level price with another provider’s complete programme.
Official source: Seven Boats course formats.
13. Brandveda
Consider it if: you are looking for an Ahmedabad option that combines digital marketing with data analytics.
Brandveda promotes an AI-powered Digital Marketing and Data Analytics Specialist Program through online and offline learning. Its site also lists specialist courses in SEO, Google Ads, analytics and social media.
The reviewed page contains different duration references, so confirm the current programme length with admissions instead of relying on a single headline. Ask to see the analytics assignments, the tools students actually use and the full fee for your selected route.
Official source: Brandveda programmes.
14. Simplilearn
Consider it if: you want to compare different online certification routes within one provider.
Simplilearn currently lists an eight-month Digital Marketing Specialist programme and a five-month AI-Powered Digital Marketing Certificate Program with SP Jain School of Global Management. They are separate offers with different structures and credentials.
Check the live versus recorded learning split, capstone requirements, current fee and the certificate issuer for the programme you choose. Do not assume that a provider’s university relationship applies to every course in its catalogue.

15. MICA via upGrad
Consider it if: you want an online certificate programme with a communication and marketing focus, plus optional specialisations.
The Advanced Certificate in AI-Powered Digital Marketing & Communication from MICA has a four-month core. Each optional specialisation adds six weeks. The current core price is listed at ₹84,999, with different prices for extended packages.
The programme combines video learning, live support and project work. A bachelor’s degree is listed for admission. Ask which specialisations, immersion activities and career services are included in the package quoted to you, and confirm taxes and total payable.

Should you choose a classroom or online institute?
Choose the format you can attend consistently and practise between sessions. A classroom may make it easier to get immediate help and build a local peer group. Live online training can give you access to trainers without relocating, but it still needs time for assignments and group work. Recorded lessons offer flexibility; check what human feedback comes with them.
For classroom research, the shortlist includes Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kerala and the Chandigarh region. Digital Scholar also has dedicated pages for its Chennai course and Mumbai course. Confirm the actual centre and trainer before planning travel.
If you have already decided to study remotely, use the separate online digital marketing course comparison to narrow your options.
What should a digital marketing course teach for 2027 and beyond?
Look for a course that helps you explain decisions and check results. Tool names will change. You should still know why a campaign needs a particular objective, why a page answers a search query and whether a lead is useful to the business.
Use these examples to assess a syllabus. They are proposed portfolio tasks, not claims that every institute in this guide assigns them.
| Skill | Work a student should be able to show | Question to ask the trainer |
|---|---|---|
| SEO, AEO and GEO | A researched page with clear answers, useful sources, internal links and a documented indexing check | How will you review the accuracy and usefulness of my page? |
| Paid advertising | A campaign brief, creative test plan, conversion setup and explanation of performance | Do I build campaigns myself, and who pays the ad budget? |
| Analytics | A report connecting traffic, enquiries, qualified leads and costs | Will I investigate tracking errors and explain what the numbers cannot prove? |
| AI and agentic workflows | A workflow with documented inputs, output checks and a human approval step | What must I verify before publishing content or changing campaign spend? |
| Creative and social media | A content plan, several creative executions and a reason for each revision | Will someone critique the message and business fit, or only the design? |
For example, a local bakery project could include a landing page, a search-intent map, three ad concepts and an enquiry report. A student should be able to explain why one concept was selected, what was measured and what would be tested next. If the project is simulated, label it as a simulation. Never present invented leads or revenue as results.
How to compare fees without missing the extra costs
Compare the total amount payable for the same kind of course. A short certification, a four-month live programme and a long diploma have different commitments. The lowest advertised instalment is not the total price.
- Request the full fee including GST, registration and examination charges.
- List any student-paid hosting, software, API credits and advertising budgets.
- Check the number of live teaching hours and how long recordings remain available.
- For classroom or immersion options, add travel and accommodation.
- Read the refund, deferral and financing terms before paying.
For reference, Digital Scholar’s confirmed online fee is ₹69,999 including GST. Other fees quoted above are provider-listed snapshots, with their tax basis stated where available. Get a fresh written quote for a 2027 intake.
How to check placement claims
Ask for outcomes from the programme you will join, for a stated period. A highest salary is one outcome. A list of employer logos does not tell you how many students became eligible, attended interviews or joined a company.
A useful placement report should identify the eligible cohort size, number placed, job roles, location, salary basis and reporting period. It should separate internships from full-time jobs and offers from confirmed joining. Ask whether the published median includes only placed students.
Get the support duration and eligibility conditions in writing. If a provider uses the word “guarantee”, read what remedy is actually offered, when it applies and which actions make a learner ineligible. Use the same questions for Digital Scholar and every other institute.
Eight questions to ask before enrolling
- Who will teach my batch, and can I attend a sample class?
- Can you show me a recent student’s project with their permission?
- What work must I complete individually, and what is done in groups?
- Who reviews assignments, and can I revise them after feedback?
- What is the complete cost, including tools, exams and practice budgets?
- What happens if I miss a class or fall behind?
- What are the separate requirements for certificates and placement assistance?
- Can you share recent outcomes for this programme and explain the sample?
Send the same questions to two or three shortlisted institutes. Compare their answers alongside a sample class and the practical work. A clear, specific answer is more useful than another brochure full of logos.
Digital marketing institutes in India: frequently asked questions
Which digital marketing institute should I choose in India?
Choose an institute whose format, workload, practical assignments and support match your goal. Digital Scholar is an option for live online learning with AI and group projects. Compare it with the other providers here using the same criteria. There is no single independently established best institute for every learner.
How much does a digital marketing course cost?
The cost depends on the named programme, duration and inclusions. Digital Scholar’s four-month online programme is ₹69,999 including GST. Compare the total payable across your shortlist, including student-paid tools, ad budgets and any examination fees.
Can I study digital marketing while working?
Yes, if the class and assignment schedule fits your week. Look for evening, weekend or part-time options and ask how much work is expected outside class. Do not choose a full-time programme on the assumption that recordings will replace attendance.
Does placement assistance guarantee a job?
No. Placement assistance describes support such as CV preparation, interview practice and access to opportunities. Hiring depends on employers and the candidate. Any separately advertised guarantee must be assessed against its written conditions.
Are Google and Meta certificates included automatically?
Not necessarily. An institute’s completion certificate and an external platform certification are different credentials. Ask who issues each certificate, whether an exam is required and whether the exam fee is included.
What should an AI digital marketing course include?
It should connect AI use to marketing work: research, creative development, campaign analysis and reporting. Ask to see how learners check facts, protect client information and review outputs before publication. Tool demonstrations alone do not show whether a learner can do the work.
Are the fees and batches here confirmed for 2027?
No. The guide was fact-checked on 19 September 2026 to help readers plan for 2027 and beyond. Confirm current fees, batch dates, curriculum and written terms directly with the provider before enrolling.
Build a shortlist you can actually compare
Pick three options, attend a sample class where available, and request a written breakdown of teaching, projects, costs and career support. Choose the programme you can commit to and the work you want to be able to show afterwards.
If Digital Scholar matches your needs, review the online programme curriculum and enquiry options. Bring your goals, weekly availability and questions about project feedback to the admissions conversation.
